LATE POLICY

We value your time and strive to provide punctual service to all our patients. Please take note of our late policy:

We have a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive within this grace period, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment as scheduled.

If you arrive later than 10 minutes, we cannot guarantee that your full treatment can be completed as originally planned. This may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule your appointment.​

If a patient is more than 20 minutes late to their appointment, it will be considered a NO-SHOW, and they will forfeit their deposit fee and will not be credited towards future treatments.

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please text or call our office as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, either by rescheduling your appointment for a more convenient time or adjusting your treatment as necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our patients as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below: 

Patients may make modifications or cancel their appointment up until 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Patients must confirm their appointment 48 hours prior to their appointment or it may be cancelled. 

Please note that a deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. In the event of a cancellation after the 48-hour deadline, or a NO-SHOW, this deposit will be forfeited and will not be credited towards future treatments.
