PRF EZ Gel® Undereye Rejuvenation

PRF EZ Gel® is prepared from your own blood and formed into a soft, gel-like matrix that provides subtle support beneath the eyes. It can help soften hollowing while improving the appearance of fine lines, crepey texture, and overall skin quality. The result develops gradually as the treatment supports collagen renewal within the delicate undereye tissue.

Good to Know
  • Provides gentle structure and support without synthetic filler
  • Best suited when hollowing and skin quality are both concerns
  • Results develop gradually and are intended to look subtle and natural
  • Often performed as a series for progressive improvement

EZ PRF® Undereye Rejuvenation

EZ PRF® is a regenerative treatment prepared from your own blood to support collagen renewal and improve the quality of the delicate skin beneath the eyes. Its lighter consistency makes it especially well suited for fine lines, crepiness, thinning skin, and areas that appear tired or less resilient without requiring added volume.

Good to Know
  • Focuses primarily on skin quality rather than structural volume
  • Well suited for fine lines, crepiness, and delicate undereye tissue
  • Uses your own platelets, fibrin, and naturally occurring growth factors
  • Results appear gradually as the tissue responds over time

Your Treatment Plan

  • Schedule your appointment at least two weeks before an important event. Temporary swelling or bruising is common in the delicate under-eye area.
  • Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment, and eat a light meal beforehand. This helps support a smoother, more comfortable blood draw.
  • To help minimize bruising, avoid alcohol and nonessential blood-thinning medications or supplements when possible. Do not stop any prescribed medication without speaking with your prescribing provider.
  • Starting arnica a few days before your appointment may help minimize bruising.
  • Let us know if you tend to feel faint during blood draws, have difficult-to-access veins, are feeling unwell, or have an active rash, irritation, or infection near the treatment area.
  • We do not offer elective PRF treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Your appointment begins with an assessment of your under-eye anatomy, degree of hollowing, skin quality, and treatment goals. This helps determine whether PRF EZ Gel®, EZ PRF®, or a combination is most appropriate.
  • A small amount of blood is drawn and processed in-office to prepare the platelet-rich fibrin used for your treatment.
  • Comfort measures, including topical numbing, are used before treatment. The product is then placed with a fine needle or cannula based on your anatomy and treatment plan.
  • Temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, or mild bruising may be visible immediately afterward. The under-eye area may also appear fuller while the initial swelling settles.
  • The full appointment, including assessment, blood draw, preparation, and treatment, typically takes about one hour.
  • Keep the injection sites clean and avoid touching, rubbing, or applying makeup to the treated area for 24 hours.
  • Sleep with your head slightly elevated for the first night or two to help minimize swelling.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat for 24 to 48 hours.
  • Temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising is expected. Because the under-eye area is delicate, swelling may remain noticeable for several days and can take longer to fully settle in some patients.
  • Results develop gradually. A personalized series of treatments is often recommended, with the number and spacing of sessions based on your anatomy, tissue quality, goals, and response to treatment. Repeated treatments are commonly used for progressive improvement.
  • You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions and direct provider contact information following treatment should any questions or concerns arise.
